It involves the separation of low and high melting Olein & Stearin present in the Palm oil under ENN PT3 technology where crystallization of saturated triglyceride takes place in ENN design Crystallizer. The entire process takes place in several steps which include: Oil heating, oil charging, crystallization, filtration, squeezing and cleaning of filter.
